Introduction Edit

This is a temporary guide to help you out with your Enchanting. I will eventually make an in-game index to save you the trouble of looking here.

I will briefly explain how the Enchanter works, what the different type of enchants are, and also list every possible enchant on each item slot. See the table of contents on the right to easily navigate to the item you're enchanting currently.

Enchant types Edit

There are 4 different types of enchants.  These are:

  • Minor
  • Major
  • Epic
  • Legendary

Minor enchants are the ones that are blue in the Enchanting view. These are mostly secondary stats and resistances.

Major enchants are the ones that are purple in the Enchanting view. These are mostly primary stats like health and mana, as well as most damage stats and a few select extra powerful stats, such as "Resist All".

Epic enchants are special effects like "5% chance to fear attackers when hurt", and things like that. These enchants only roll on Rings and Amulets, but may be rolled as Solid enchants on other special items. They look like Major enchants in the Enchanting view.

Lastly there are Legendary enchants. These enchants have a dark orange text (not to be confused with the light orange text enchants, more on that below), and are typically rolled on Legendary and Unique items.. or better. They have a purple icon in the Enchanting view but the square outline is Red like Legendary equipment.

Also note that some enchants have a light orange text. These means that the enchants are Solid - they'll always roll on this item and cannot be removed. These Solid enchants are often seen outside their normal limitations, for example rolling a Ring-only enchant on a pair of Unique boots. White text enchants can be re-rolled at the Enchanter. Solid enchants can be both minor and major. Legendary enchants are always considered Solid.

Enchanting basicsEdit

When you put an item into the Enchanting slot, it will create an icon for each enchant on the item and let you inspect them more closely.

First is the current strength of the enchant. Second is the possible roll range of the enchant. This decides the value when re-rolling the enchant, and when the item is first dropped. Third, you have the Augment increment. This shows by how much the enchant will increase when you Augment it (more on this below). Lastly is the Augment cap. This shows how far you can augment the item. In the example above, Overpower an be rolled between 8%-19%, and then Augmented all the way up to 25%.

ScramblingEdit

Scrambling is the most fundamental part of Enchanting. Clicking the Scramble button will generate a fresh set of enchants for your item, provided you have the necessary Materials and Crystals. Only unlocked and non-solid enchants are scrambled. Minor enchants always turn into other Minor enchants, and Major enchants always into other Major enchants.

If you are satisfied with an enchant from a Scramble, you can Augment it once to lock it into place, preventing further Scrambles from changing it.

Re-rolling Edit

Re-rolling allows you to take a bit of a gamble and hopefully increase the roll of an Enchant that rolled a low value. This is particularly useful if you want to save materials from Augmenting it multiple times, or want to avoid locking the enchant, preventing it from being scrambled at a later time. Most powerful enchants are more likely to roll higher than lower values when re-rolling.

AugmentationEdit

Augmentation is perhaps the most important part of Enchanting. Once you have rolled a decent value on the enchant you want, it's time to Augment it. Augmenting items is simple, just click the Augment button and then the enchant you want to Augment, until you reach the desired strength. Keep in mind that it costs both Crystals and Materials to do this as well, and each time it'll cost a bit more. Important: Augmenting an enchant will lock it, preventing it from begin re-rolled or scrambled!

A locked enchant will have a star (*) before it when inspecting the item.
